A Complete Development Environment

Mentee Academy participants benefit from two complementary development environments.

Through Own Touch, players receive consistent technical training focused on ball mastery, first touch, dribbling, passing & receiving, shooting & finishing, decision-making, and game application.

Through FutsalRVA, players experience the speed, pressure, limited space, and constant decision-making demands of futsal — creating additional opportunities to apply technical skills in a competitive environment.

Together, both programs create a year-round pathway designed to support the individual player while complementing their club soccer experience.

During different periods of the year, training volume may vary depending on club schedules and individual needs, allowing players to maintain consistency while balancing their other soccer commitments.

The emphasis remains the same throughout the year: quality repetition, purposeful training, consistent feedback, and long-term development.
