2026-27 Winter Training

Our Winter Training program provides short-term, flexible training options designed around the Own Touch methodology. Sessions emphasize repetition, technical precision, decision-making under pressure, and functional training that connects directly to real game situations.

Program Highlights

  • Skill-Based Grouping: Participants are placed in age- and skill-appropriate groups to create the right level of challenge and support their individual development.

  • Station-Based Training: Participants rotate through different training stations, each led by a coach and focused on a specific technical foundation such as ball mastery, dribbling, passing & receiving, or shooting & finishing. This structure provides a complete and well-rounded training experience in every session.

  • Methodology-Driven Training: Every session follows a structured methodology designed to progressively develop strong technical foundations. Training is purposeful, age-appropriate, and built to help participants improve through quality repetition and consistent exposure to key technical skills.

  • Game-Relevant Training: Technical skills are connected to realistic game situations, helping participants understand how and when to apply what they have learned on the field.

All trainees must wear the Own Touch all-black training kit (required for participation).
