Registration for Own Touch Training Programs are now open!

Programs offer short-term training options, flexible scheduling, same group/same coach training for the entire season! 

Trainees will have access to cutting-edge Own Touch training sessions that focus on first touch and control, passing and receiving, finishing, juggling, aerial control and speed/agility and conditioning. Trainees will have the option of 12 or 24 sessions to use based on their preferred schedule.

Trainees will be able to view the training schedule and can sign-up for classes through an on line account. We will also place players in skill-appropriate groups, so sessions remain challenging. Groups will meet for 60 minutes, one to two times per week, and train with the same coach throughout the summer to optimize consistently and growth. 

A variety of schedule options will be offered. All sessions must be used within set time frame. 

New players to OT will need to be evaluated so we can place him/her in the appropriate group.
