Own Touch Central’s short-term seasonal Spring Training sessions run March 3rd – May 16th.
The Spring Program is designed to give players a focused, high-energy training experience where they can sharpen their skills and grow their confidence on the ball. Using the Own Touch methodology, our sessions emphasize Control & Dribbling, Passing & Receiving, Shooting & Finishing, and Decision-Making, helping players build strong technical habits while learning how to apply them in real game situations.
Led by experienced Own Touch mentors, each session is a mix of high-repetition drills, fast-paced exercises, and plenty of touches on the ball, all in a fun and challenging environment. Whether players are looking to supplement their club training or just want to keep improving on non-practice days, this program is a great way to stay sharp and continue developing throughout the spring
