Own Touch Soccer 2026 Summer High School Training Program

This 9-week winter training program is designed specifically for high school players looking to elevate their game during the off-season. Utilizing Stage 3 of the Own Touch Methodology, each session delivers a balanced mix of physical development, technical refinement, and competitive play.

Players will train in a focused, high-energy environment aimed at preparing them for spring tryouts, club seasons, or simply to stay sharp and continue growing as athletes.

Weekly Class Breakdown
Each 90-minute session includes:

30 Minutes – Speed & Agility
Focus on enhancing athleticism, quickness, and overall physical performance.

45 Minutes – Technical Training (Ball Control)

  • Dribbling: Sharpen footwork and improve control in tight spaces.

  • Passing & Receiving: Develop precision under pressure.

  • Shooting & Finishing: Refine striking technique and accuracy in front of goal.

15 Minutes – Scrimmaging (Decision-Making Focus)

Apply learned skills in game-like scenarios, with an emphasis on quick thinking and smart execution under pressure.

Skills Developed:

  • First touch and ball mastery

  • Passing accuracy and timing

  • Confident and creative dribbling

  • Composed finishing in front of goal

  • High-level decision-making under game conditions

  • Speed, coordination, and explosive movement
