Camp Overview
This week’s training is structured around five technical stations, each focusing on key areas of soccer development. Players will rotate through stations every 15 minutes, working in small groups to ensure personalized attention and high-quality instruction.
Technical Stations:
Speed and Agility: Improve quickness, coordination, and mobility (with and without the ball).
Dribbling: Master close control and effective movements to beat opponents.
Passing and Receiving: Develop precision, timing, and control in passing patterns.
Body Shape & Scanning: Learn how to position your body for effective decision-making and spatial awareness.
Finishing Actions: Apply multiple skills, such as passing and dribbling, to create scoring opportunities.
Training Structure:
Morning Sessions (9:15 AM - 10:30 AM): Focus on non-oppositional drills with simple, low-complexity activities to build technical confidence.
Mid-Morning Sessions (10:30 AM - 12:00 PM): Increase complexity by adding opposition and decision-making to prepare for game situations.
Afternoon Sessions: Dedicated match play where players apply their skills in competitive scenarios.
This progressive approach ensures players not only refine their technique but also develop the tactical understanding needed to excel in real-game situations.
