Open to players ages 7-14, this camp is perfect for all skill levels, whether you’re looking to refine your game or take it to the next level.
Our camp in Henrico, VA offers skilled coaching, innovative training stations, and friendly competition in a weatherproof facility, ensuring players have an unforgettable experience.
Camp Overview
During the week, players will rotate through five technical training stations, each focusing on key aspects of soccer development: Dribbling, Passing, Shooting, Body shape, and Decision-Making, with a strong emphasis on ball control.
Daily Objectives:
Clear, age-appropriate goals to enhance technical and tactical skills.
Morning sessions focus on critical areas such as ball control, dribbling, passing, and defending.
Afternoon match play allows players to apply what they’ve learned in realistic game scenarios.
Sample Training Theme:
On a day focused on Dribbling and Ball Control, players will rotate through stations practicing:
Maintaining control under pressure.
Beating defenders in 1v1 situations.
Using footwork to improve balance and agility.
To ensure maximum engagement and learning, players rotate every 15 minutes, and coaches adapt sessions to the skill levels of each group.

Half Day - Morning (Skills Training): 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Full Day: $310/week or $80/day
Half Day: $195/week or $47/half day
