We are excited to invite you to the Own Touch Winter Skills Training Clinic for 2026

The Own Touch Winter Skills Training Clinic is designed for participants ages 7–14 who want to continue developing their technical foundation in a structured, challenging, and positive training environment.

Using the Own Touch Methodology, each session combines technical development, speed and agility, and game-based learning to give participants a complete training experience.

Station-Based Technical Training

Participants rotate through different training stations, with each station led by a coach and focused on a specific technical foundation.

Stations may include:

  • Ball Mastery & Dribbling

  • Passing & Receiving

  • Shooting & Finishing

  • Speed, Agility & Coordination

This structure allows participants to receive focused coaching while developing multiple areas of their game during every session.

Game-Relevant Training

Technical skills are developed with a clear connection to realistic game situations. Participants are encouraged to apply the techniques they have practiced during small-sided games and scrimmages, helping transfer training into the game environment.

Session Format

Each 90-minute session includes:

  • 15 minutes – Speed & Agility

  • Technical Training Stations focused on key areas such as ball mastery, dribbling, passing & receiving, and shooting & finishing.

  • Small-Sided Games / Scrimmage to finish the session and give participants the opportunity to apply what they worked on in realistic game situations.

The remaining session time is distributed between the technical stations and small-sided games to provide a complete and well-rounded training experience.
