Camp Overview
This short but impactful camp is structured around four technical stations, with each focusing on specific skills related to attacking and defending. Players will rotate every 15 minutes, allowing them to gain experience in multiple areas throughout the day.
Technical Stations:
Dribbling: Build confidence with the ball and learn how to beat defenders effectively.
Passing and Receiving: Master accuracy and decision-making under pressure.
Body Shape & Scanning: Improve positioning and awareness to optimize decision-making.
Finishing Actions: Learn how to execute decisive passes, dribbles, and shots on goal.
Training Structure:
Morning Sessions (9:15 AM - 10:30 AM): Focus on non-oppositional drills with low complexity to refine foundational skills.
Mid-Morning Sessions (10:30 AM - 12:00 PM): Introduce opposition to simulate game scenarios, creating opportunities for decision-making and tactical awareness.
Afternoon Sessions: Dedicated match play where players can apply the skills developed in the morning.
Examples of Morning Activities:
Dribbling using patterns to improve the control (e.g., zig-zag, straight-line, square).
Passing patterns in shapes like squares or triangles to improve control and precision.
Body orientation drills to enhance scanning and forward play.

1v1, 2v1, 3v1 Dribbling: Players attack specific areas while defenders aim to block.
